(Hopefully you can manage to google this yourself though) Sorry I don't have the exact command for you, but honestly I'm tired and I can't remember. It can be done in the terminal using a command like wash -i or something like that. I know this was a long time ago, so not sure if you still need this info (or are even active), but there are at least 2 ways to do this that I know of.
